I would like to apply for the said post with much faith and anticipation that my previous experience along with all skills attained from the various companies I have been employed at are impressive and of much penchant. I am a goal orientated young women, hardworking and confident on any aspect given. I’m a competent and diligent worker who produces work of a consistently high standard with unquestionably quality, very innovative. I have the ability to communicate across all racial spectrums and work as a cohesive team and be courteous to clients and co-workers. I am self motivated person and therefore will to accept challenges. Being a team worker, I feel that am fully capable of contributing as well as adapting in any environment and ought to prove myself beneficial and valuable to any organisation or department. I will be more then able to play a major role with this organisation. I have also gained administration skills

Ability to Learn and Grow
Opportunity to share knowledge, through training and facilitation to existing and prospective customers is my everyday job. Including Presentation and Relationship Management being the key performance areas. Being the member of a team determined to achieve objectives of the company, is the best opportunity for me. As a team we have managed to achieve and maintain the required targets and market share. I have learnt a lot in terms facilitation, presentation and building relationships with the stakeholders. Sharing my knowledge with our customers, and solving problems they might have about our products and \ or service, has been what i enjoy most. And these have been the most challenging aspects in my job - to engage with customers on daily basis, trying to solve issues they might have in terms of products and customer service.
Pros: Managing to educate customers, giving them more knowledge on home ownership; which has been lacking to most people. Opportunity to grow my abilities and contribute more, even on higher level position.
Cons: Travelling a lot around the country on weekly basis. As a point of entry, be ready to take complaints from customers regarding products and service offered by the company. And be able to attend and solve those problems satisfactorily.

Excellent learning curve
We work with clients home loans applications, verify documents and process applications, relation ship with co workers is good. ive learnt team work and finding ways of dealing with working under pressure

Excellent working environment .
I have had an extensive opportunity to deal with clients from all walks of life. That has made me to be more resilient and understanding to all kinds of problems clients experienced in life. I love working with people and to see the excellent and satisfactory to clients.
Pros: salary a big problem with the amount of work you have to do and consultants that are depending on you for their work to be processed each day

Responsible for Management of all B.I Work and resources. Provide Organisation with a stable data warehousing solution. Manage development of reporting solution. Responsible for managing and delivering B.I Projects. Requirement gathering. Interpretation of data and suggestion of available better options. Cube Development and support. Staff training and mentoring.

Its a good company but they don't pay us well that's the only reason why i want to leave .
its a good company but they don't pay us well that's the only reason why i want to leave . the only reason any one at sa home loans would want to leave is the salary its not worth it , we work for money if we don't get what we deserve we would obviously look for what we are worth .

Excellent for skills sales , marketing and admin skills.
Sa home loans is a great company especially since i was young and from vasity. It gave me a lot sale and communication skills and the ability to market and negotiate with clients.
