Excellent learning oppotuninty

On a Daily i work hand in hand with payroll department as well as the HR department. Currently i am working on employment equity and occupational module where i do a cleanup of the information captured. I also work with time and attendance and fraxions

Pros: Opportunity for me to grow professionally
Cons: hardly get time to go on lunch break

Growth in knowledge and experience

- A typical work day Fast paced, everyday brings something new. Learning but enough support to achieve goals - Your relationship with co-workers Good, was a co-manager of a diverse team that brought challenges but it was a rewarding mutual beneficial relationship. - What you have learnt In 6 years i went from a Branch admin manager to a senior admin manager directly reporting to the divisional director. - What you enjoy most My work, i loved my daily challenges and sorting and assisting anyone in the company - The most challenging aspects of the job Co-managing with the divisional director

Pros: Established company next year a 100 years old, great learning opportunities
Cons: Tremendous high pressure and fast paced, this could at time consume your life
