Pressurized and challenging job with zero tolerance on errors, mistakes. Hectic through the day. I have a good work relationship my co-workers. Diversity in the work place. Balance of production orders and accurate stock counts. Service to the production department.

To lead a project and having to assist everyone and still do your tasks

I develop manufacturing application using Wonderware products, vb.net, c# and SQL. I have more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing which put me in a position to write quality applications. I do second line support if 1st line support needs assistance. I have recently lead a projects for one on the areas in the factory which was a success. The project was to automate the processes and be able to measure material consumed and produced and measure OEE. I enjoy resolving production issues and giving advise where required to improve the processes and increase production quality and quantities. The most challenging thing about my work is to keep everyone happy.

Project management skills and other technical expertise

I have B-Tech: chem eng from UJ,with vast of both Metallurgical and water treatment experience .i am friendly,hardworking and assertive person .i work effectively on both team work and individual based tasks.
