Members could do 40% better, if that 40% of staff wanted to
I am a team player who puts Company first above all else, as I am at work to work, then make it a fun and energetic environment where I am then self-motivated to do more. I am currently the Most Valuable employee at my current position in SAPS, which forces my supervisor to not wanting me away from the Office for training courses, even having problems if I am on sick leave. There's no challenges at work anymore, as everything is now routine to me. All I have to focus on is planning my work load, per hour and according to its importance.
Pros: no opportunities for promotions unless you meet the quota system / employment equity, but 30 days vacation leave after 10 years employment, 36 days sick leave for 3 year cycle, etc on leave
Cons: no overtime for Support members, only focus of Senior Management is supporting Visible Policing and making it look good, even though this department has laziest members working there, too busy enjoying their benefits, instead of working

Excellent work to grow as an individual and all types of works are there
Self management and interacting with different types of people and cultures, their views and their beliefs, knowledge of the law enforcement environment, respect towards other people and their opinions and never manage other people with the power vested upon you, just be their leader not their boss, and also promote the spirit of team work and togetherness among members and make them feel wanted and belonging to the organization.

Cons: The norm of every work must be completed before you knock off duty

Good learning curve
managing a lot of employee, working extra unpaid hours, work with less resources, has hierarchical levels ,more work and less pay , moderate welfare for the employees

Growth prospects
I am a very ambitious and hard working woman, with serious self discipline and strong proven track record. Very orderly and seriously professional. I enjoy a fluid, professional and well structured environment, with clear working codes and systems in place.

Priceless experience
When I first started 9 years ago, I had no experience and was tasked with cleaning up past short comings within the department of procurement. Today I have created professional filing systems which run efficiently.I have excellent business relationships with the SAPS suppliers
Pros: Ability to multi-task, meet many different business owners
Cons: Don't have the necessary courses for me to gain further knowledge. The salaries are stagnant. No rewards for excellent service
