An exceptional employer

SARB is an amazing company to work for. A path in growth which can easily excel one's current position. I am willing to learn and SARB provides excellent leadership growth. SARB is a high performance leadership giant that delivers in tight budgets and time management. I have learnt about business and leadership and strategies that can knock a few socks off. Anyone working in supply chain should brace themselves in delivering exceptional high order thinking amid industry demands. Growth positions are not available at the time of my application for other positions.

Excellent learning curve.

I worked at the SA Reserve Bank for 20 years. Opportunities to further my education by studying while I was still working. A typical work day is to work SMART and not HARD. I learnt to work within a team. My relationship with colleagues were excellent, interact with colleagues and personal skills were develop within the team. I am a go-getter, so any challenging aspects that was brought to me I resolved by putting measures in place.
