I am an ambitious individual with track record in work ethic; I am able to communicate well at all levels and can work both as a team player and individually. Through my work experience, I have acquired the following attributes: paying attention to detail, analytical, empathy accuracy and decision-making. I have acquired the following skills: listening skills, development of reports required and management of tasks and teams.

Work experience

It was not a bad environment. We work shifts and everyday duties was to take calls and issue tickets and make flight reservations. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and i have learnt to put customers first.

Learning experience

Working for the company was learning curve for me but the level of opportunities where less and working hours were more. We had no benefits it was just a work environment and we were less valued by the management.
