PROFESSIONAL SENIOR SHEQ SPECIALIST

I work well with my co-workers irrespective of ethnicity and gender. My background forced me to understand other cultures. "Dream Big-Start Small-Act Now" " No persons knows it all" Respect builds trusts and break boundaries I enjoy my family. I enjoy assisting others to achieve success - especially with SHEQ performance The biggest challenge for any SHEQ professional today is to get management into the workplace and from behind their computers and board rooms. Manager/ Leaders need to understand that the biggest positive impact on SHEQ is their presence in the workplace and in a positive way. Manager need to understand the next generation of SHEQ, nl Mindlfull Leadership, High Reliability Organisations and Neuro Leadership to name a view.

Pros: Giving Back Knowledge and Experience; Assisting mines to be more SHEQ Compliant and achieve sustainability
Cons: Being away from family. I am doing work nationally and internationally.

Excellent learning curve and training in house.

I travel a lot and do face to face marketing. Visit current clients and lease with them. I enjoy meeting new people and get along with everyone. In today's challenging market, it is a huge challenge to get ongoing support and business. I am a hard worker and very reliable, work very good under pressure and love a challenge.

Pros: Traveling and meetung people
Cons: Away from home
