Hard working person

My day to day work is make customer happy with the staff and most of all the team am working with is so understanding and most of all to work under pressure is the most part I love coz we put so must is when we see the capability of the team there

Excellent learning

I gained experience of working with different people from different backgrounds. I learnt management skills, leadership and conflict management. I worked with the budget from funders for more than 10 years and I know the meaning of confidentiality, report writing and drafting business plans. I enjoyed to set target and be able to influence staff to meet implementation.

Pros: I am reliable and punctual and have managerial skills
Cons: I am able to work under pressure

Learning level

I have formed a good relationship with co workers and also developed myself by studying. Opportunity to grow is not that realistic. Environment is not that conducive

The company is great that wher i did my learnership everyone is always professional there

The company is great everything things is in place and everyone is professional and happy to be working for SACD unfortunately for me the leanership programme came to an end

Pros: Professionality and they are fair
