Working Closely witg the Director. So work hard to prove yourself and you will reap the benefits. Major company run by few staff so theres always opportunity to grow. Fanatic Bosses always encouraging. The company is full of love and joy and site inspections are the best. Seeing different hotels and resorts and also experiencing foods and wines to your hearts content.
