Shortfalls

My general impression of the admin/finance deparment us that it lacks structure. There is little support internally, and I expected more training and guidance to enable me to fit into my role quickly. Colleagues (who feed info into a/p) lack accuracy, diligence and discipline, and no corrective action is taken to address poor performance. My experience at this company was one of mixed feelings: knowing I could not work in such setting, but also hopeful at the potential for getting in line with reasonable office practice.

Pros: Great remuneration
Cons: Extreme pressure

They allow u to grow

Worked in a comfortable environement. Love tge propke i.m worked with. Was managing myself all the time. Learned the best of skills at my last job. The first year of my job was challenging but after understanding the role it was plain sailingv

Excellent opportunity

I enjoy working at Safintra, however. I feel the team is more of an individual effort and not a team effort. I achieved a top performer award and have been put on to the fast track for management but if I achieve this I feel they might transfer me to another branch and I need to stay in Jhb.

Pros: Good company, limited growth, individual effort.
Cons: High stress, stock issues, limited internal communication

Great working environment

Great place to work, Everyone very nice, lots of new things learned , company paid for studies, Friendships made Hard working environment , enjoy the friendliness and getting to know each co worker on a personal level able to be honnest without worries
