Rigid culture

Rigid culture, strict about start and end times. No two way communication, micro-managed. Staff tend to keep to themselves for fear of being called out.

Im a confident and hardworking person everyone can depend on me anything thats work related and more

The relashionship between co-workers are good especially when it comes to oicking and checking. A typical work work day is like any other day when you come in and clock in and do housekeeping while you at work especially when you arrive early. I Have learn how to do the receiveing on my best and I have done a good job with stock count if thee is any to do given by stock count manager. what I enjoy most is to work under pressure and I can do things work related in any way I can go all out to work effectively and smart

Pros: anything that grows the compamy and me
Cons: extra working hours

Current work environment

A typical week starts with pre-planned customer route to follow up on client accounts and meetings. making sure that all the salespeople hand in their two-week planners. Following up on project reports. Stock and servicing reports to be revised at the end of the week. enjoyable part of the job is learning something new with each new project for different client's . The team of well versed and capable people who make the work environment motivating, enjoyable and competitive. Challenges are stock arriving late in the country & fixing prices long enough to cover government ordera & delayed deliveries.

Pros: No room for growth
Cons: Duplication of processes

Excellent learning experience and also acquiring more skills and qualifications.

hdbMy typical morning would to get my first cup of coffee (important...hahaha), go on to my work station, check my e-mails for and orders, queries and any shipment coming in or going out. The relationship i have with my co-workers was a good and healthy one, able to communicate well with everyone in terms of doing our daily duties. I have learnt that i am able to work under pressure and overall i enjoy that very much, i always like to keep myself busy that is when am most productive. I work efficiency and effectively throughout. The most challenging was dealing with our Reps and also different client but overall i know how to manage all of them in a professional standpoint.

Pros: Great opportunity to acquire more skills and qualifications
Cons: No team building whatsoever
