Pros: natural tendency to control office administration and pays careful attention to detail

Learning more about different fields in a company.

We are team share some ideas, assist each other to meet our target (Team player) good manager who motivate us. Challenge is good because it help you to learn and become ambitious, eager wanting to know more.

Learning curve

I love my job as I get to interact with clients and help them as much as I can. I also help at the reception area and check claims before submitting to head office's claims department. As employees we have a pretty good relationship. I have learnt to respect others and their beliefs

Pros: great opportunity to grow as an individual and put clients needs first
Cons: not being recognised or appreciated

Excellent learning curve

Very challenging position and very atressfull day most but some days are good and the environment is user friendly with helpful staff. I enjoy doing investigation and thorogh accesment of each and every case, Paid ups applications, broker applications and quarries. I gave learn to work without supervision and make decision

Pros: No room for promotion maybe move from one department to another
Cons: Hours are reasonable

Company growth and technical improvement

A growing company which requires a lot of technical improvements. Good environment to learn and improve one's skills and also a good place to expose oneself to the corporate environment and engage with various departments as one tackles daily incidents

Pros: Open-door policy in the executive department
Cons: Limited growth and opportunities

Unprofessional working environment

I would not recommen anyone to work here My experience here has been a difficult road to travel The work ethics amd urgency to deliver has not been the culture nor is there a strong leadership within the organization to drive the business to improving
