Server management

i am working with Active Directory at work and also computers, i am an IT support. relationship is the goal we wanna achieve and we all friendly to each other. I learned what steps you need to make or take when facing a certain problem. I got to explore on active directory, learned how to group users and put them to the correct Organizational Unit with their permissions, how to put a PC in and out of the domain and connecting remotely to other PCs in a network. I also learned how the servers backs up data and how they work if one is down. I love working with PCs problem solving. The challenging part is that the technology that we use is a bit old

Pros: the benefit of me working here is that i am gaining experience while waiting to get an actual job
