Fantastic learning and training

When it comes to daily job planning the company is very good because we have morning safety meetings at 07:00, there for tasks done during the day gave me a better understanding and idea of what I have studied. Being in a maintenance group gives the opportunity to interact with different groups of people and how easy it is to do fault finding because each person has an input on skills and knowledge. What I like mostly about the company is that the seniors lets me do the work in my own way and following the right procedures to complete tasks on time,including completion of tasks without any injuries.

Pros: Opportunity comes when space is available
Cons: Hours are 8,5 Monday to Thursday and 6 on Fridays

Excellent learning curve

Not happy with management and the decisions they make . There is also no interaction between workers and the management . Also no common ground. They need to cater for the needs of employees. Employees will be happy if this is improved.Also employees are not getting payed for what they worth and the amount of work that they put in.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
