If there was one thing I was hoping for in the first company I was going to work for is a healthy working environment and not a toxic one that might end up being detrimental to my mental and emotional health. And with Sage I got that and more. The people, right up to my Finance Operations Director are lovely people and always available to help and assist where need raises. Not only that but the fact that learning and betterment is a guarantee at Sage through the Sage University which offers a variety of training programs to ensure that you are better than you are when you walked into the company.

i interact well with everyone in the building/ company. i also knows all their extensions by heart, their names and departments Im realiable friendly, hard worker always punctual.

Excellent learning curve

Its a great company and offers a lot of training. Work culture and people are great. Challenging because work with customer queries that need to be resolved on the spot. Enjoy the culture and the awesome colleagues that make work pleasant

Software Quality

I am certified Software Test Analyst with ISTQB foundation certificate and National Diploma in Information Technology at the Vaal University of Technology. I am currently studying B-Tech part time. My special interest is more in Business Application and Information Management but willing to tackle any challenge as Information Technology is at heart. I am a dedicated, assertive and ambitious young guy with high self-esteem, also a very good team player as I believe that a team helps you acquire skills that you don’t have.

Customer service

Has it's days, dealing with diffraction clients on a daily basis forces me to adapt well and embrace change. Taught me to be open and deal with queries of unhappy clients in a calm manner.

t h e environment was a good envirinment as the seniors took good care and support for the junior customer support suff. The is a good corporate culture . Great organization to kick start one's career

Sage is a great company with great co-employees. It is a nice working environment and there are various ways for one to advance within the organization PS: there's no option for less than a year of work experience (I've been working there for a few months)
