I consistently maintain a positive attitude towards my work and departmental outputs incorporating diplomacy, integrity and the assertiveness needed. I have also embedded the customer first principle into my character and I believe that I am a core member of the team.. I have established a high aptitude for problem solving .I take pride in my job and perform all duties with precision, accuracy and attention to detail. I am a strong communicator and have built solid and lasting relationships with all key stakeholders, colleagues and external clients that have dealings with my environment.

Ensure provision of excellent services to customer *Training employees on the SLA structure *Ensure understanding of the client needs and contractual obligation *Manage inventory and resolved all discrepancies *manage duties in the warehouse and monitoring multiple project timelines *Supervise all employees in Inventory control and Quality Auditing teams *Assist all employees in improving process efficiency *Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits *Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. *Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. *Greet customers entering establishments.

Learned a lot

I was happy working for Sahara until politician started in SA That's the reason i am looking for job at list if possible with provident fund. Monday to Friday job

An eyeopener

I rather enjoyed my 10 years at Sahara. It has truly been an eye opener, into a different culture and they way business is done. And who is approachable and who is not. My relationship with co workers past and present - is excellent. Past co workers who has left the company - for the past 8 to 9 years - still keep in touch with me. So i must have made an impression on them - and i was kind and friendly and open to extend advise when needed. I learnt a lot during my time here - and how to deal with certain people. and how to handle whatever situation that you find yourself in. I know how to deal and engage with top management. Challenging aspects of the job was not the job itself - but certain individuals who i had to deal with.

Pros: meeting great friends to last a lifetime
Cons: no scope for promotion

Microsoft office leaning curver

I am highly ambitious and therefore do not mind working hard or even taking on additional responsibilities. Through the years, I have been involved in different community development projects that empower and ensure a better society. I have very good communications and interpersonal relationship skills and would like to pursue a career in a direction which enables me to use some of these skills that I possess.
