I have worked at salt for 4 years and started off as a data capture , with no experience. I have upgraded myself by learning to do claims, contributions, resolving member queries and PFA complaints. My excel skills are very advanced and I'm a quick learner. Although I'm in the contribution department, I process claims in my spare time by coming in early every morning, leaving late in the evening and working my lunch hours to help with the backlog, helping out with when my colleague is on leave.

I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. As a graduate with four years experience in the financial services industry as well as experience in other fields, I am excellent in working with others to achieve objectives on time and with excellence.

My day to day responsibilities is to update cycles

My day to day responsibilities is to update cycles and attending employer and employee queries, preparing bank transaction report ( recon ) assessing schedules from employer and claim documents. My relationship with my co-workers is good. I have learned to respect my job as a whole and fellow collegues. Being able to reach my daily stats is thing that I enjoy

Pros: Get recongnition for reaching my daily target
Cons: Long working hours

I have learned a FICA certificate

It is a good company though it is so small, but they are nice good people. But the company is too far for me, and I need more money that the one they paid me.

Excellent training

I access claims documents before i start with the process of paying. i work as a team with my team at times iv learned about the Retirement in general i enjoy hearing the member saying "thank you for helping me Onica" the planning in our team is not consistent on top of that we'll receive incomplete documents from the company/member

Pros: would love a promotion
Cons: normal working hours
