Motivated with new challenges

We always on time or before time scheduled to work shift , time keeping being the most important factor in our industry. Motivational meetings incl- roleplays, discussing or targets individualy, and how we can improve on our weak areas, talk about incentives and we can achieve them, talk about promotions and marketing the buisness and we engage in a motivational dance to keep the vibe going through out the shift or day. We have great team players and we work on buddy system so we interact with customers through buddys if a staff is not available on the shift.its a very fast moving enviroment and our minds are set on one thing and that is our clients and what we do to have them come back.we product knowledge discussions in the day to boosten our knowledge on specific products. The biggest challenge is winning a customer.

Working to the best of my ability all round.

My working enviroment is a fast moving buisness. We attend client on a day to day basis upfront contact with them, relating to there needs. Motivational meetings to boost and motivate the team on a day to day basis so we could reach our goal and keep our clients satisfied at all times. Incentives given to staff to push extra on the targets and make extra money. Learning new idea from the team, product knowledge when needed to fimiliar with certain product before its launched.working with the rest of the co-workers is good we build a buddy relationship so at time when a respective person is not on dutie we then notify management of the absence and the respective person helping(Buddy), so it is very important to have a good relationship with co-workers to help each other out. The challenging part of my job is to sustain the buisness and clients.

Prepare my day by writing down important note to guide me through the day that will benifit me and make my job easy. Work with the team and have a buddy system incase of emergencies. Meeting carried out in the morning to motivate team and staff. I enjoy interacting with different customers and calling on new customers. Everyday is a learning experience for me because i am open minded and willing to learn new ideas that will benifit both me and my company. The most challenging aspect of my job is sustain customers.
