Learning and experience. Also want to further my trainer certification.
I have worked in the company for 10 years. 5 years as trainers. I work a 8am till 5pm day. Visiting stores that are on a store base assigned to my specific area. I have an excellent working relationship with my co workers as well as management as well as store managers. I have learned to think on my feet, work and go the extra mile for my company. Learned to speak and communicate with different people. I love my working environment. I love to talk and through feedback from people in the industry, I explain and make others understand training very well. I love training, educating others, helping others and sharing my knowledge and skills with others to do better in their work and personal life. The challenges; when some people dont listen when training is being conducted. But what i found out is that people learn differently. Maybe they need a bit more coaching and soft skills. They also may need one on one training.

New learning curves
Working for Samsung is a great opportunity to grow within a company. It thought me to deal with new situations everyday and also how to work with different cultures. Working for Samsung as given us the opportunity to see new products before the public. We work as a close group of friends and help each other. The most challeging part of my job will be working under pressure making sure things are done fast and efficient, I have learnt these qualities working under Samsung.

Excellent learning curve
Samsung is a good environment to work in, the people there are energetic and kind throughout. Co-workers are truly amazing never had any quarrel with any of them. I've learnt to be more Punctual, have more integrity, learnt how to work with people of all ethnicities and learnt to help those in need. What I enjoy most at the workplace is the culture that has been set, e.g. friday with have motivational speech on your achievements etc. File the reviews and having to send them in.

Great experience
Learning new skills and adapting to a Korean culture has been very informative. It's high performing and constantly evolving and it's been a very fast pace environment.

A journey
Typical work day- taking calls, making escalations via email, Making calls to customers for call backs, sending follow up emails compiling a report for any promotion. I work well with my co-workers and we respect each other

Excellent work experience if you want it enough
Very good vcompany too work for if you want it enough; However long hours there may be the team work and the entire support structure is unreal.. Samsung prides them in everything you doo. the formal training isnt like over seass so ocan be better

I have been in the telecoms business for 10 years this year. I have been a product trainer for 5 years. I training and its a passion of mine. Sharing my knowledge and skills with others. I have recently booked myself for the TRAINER the TRAINER course. I have all the experience as a trainer. The current company hasnt given me the opportunity for a training programme. I have taken it upon myself to further my studies.

working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week had a good relationship with colleagues I have improved my marketing skills communicating with the clients convincing the client to buy what you selling and making sure you deliver
