A very good place to gain leadership skill,endurance, discipline and sense of urgency

The military isn't a good place for People who want to do great in their careers. It holds us down because we only do what we are told. For serious tasks to be executed,they call in external contractors to do the job instead of us,and that shortens our experience . I am ready to to a company which will give me good experience and reveal the good skills in me.

Pros: Less work done,more time to do own things
Cons: Less experience gained

Great foundation

Great environment to start and work your way up. Not quiet challenging for young people looking to grow career wise though since there's no production. Love that discipline is the core of the organisation. Also love the fact that one becomes conscious of their lifestyle with regards to physical health too.

Pros: for those who love to travel and work onboard the ship, great way to make money and exploring different countries
Cons: depending on the department youre in, promotion doesnt come easily to most.
