Best experience to work in.

It is a good place to work. Some colleques are social and some are not. The company has allowances. The working hours depends on the rooster, but it is very convenient.

Pros: You get paid very well.
Cons: No time to listen to the employees. Grevience procedures are not considered as well as union acticities.

Good learning curve

I'm responsible to give 80 Residents medication and to do vital signs,to check Humoglucotest to diabetic Residents and administer Insulin, to attend emergencies I also work at Out patient department were I have to assess a Resident and decide if the Resident must be seen by the Doctor or not and to do nursing management to Resident who are not going to see the Doctor

Pros: Gives an oppotunity to learn and be Resposible
Cons: Long working hours and not enough salary it is a non profit organisation
