Leadership not good

It used to be enjoyable working there last year, but since we got new management things have changed for the worst. It seems like the hotel is going down as we are getting to many complaints and we not getting repeat business. Management is doing nothing about these complaints and to top it up we are short staffed. The workload is too much to bare.

Pros: Restaurant is in a convenient area
Cons: Leadership is bad

SATISFYING LEARNING OPPORTUNITY

I work with people from different countries with different attitudes and stuff but i need to make sure that i meet their expectations and needs. i have a good relationship with co-workers and we interchange and helping each other where is needed i have learnt that to treat your client well is equal to treat your company well because everything you you represent your company company's excellence and dedication to whatever we do the most challenging aspects is when the clients doesn't understand anything but demands what they want and now we have to compromise and settle for less.

Cons: TOO MANY THINGS AT THE SAME TIME
