Good company with very limited micro management
Consists of a lot of traveling No micro management Good environment Culture is good Intermediate chance for promotion o Train installation teams on the job o Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements on sites o Be aware of and understand the competition in the communities o Understand the market, communicate with customers and prospective customers o Develop and maintain good customer relationships at both government and communities in informal settlements o Be comfortable to work in and with local communities in order to get buy in o Understand and manage sensitivity and perceptions around sanitation products in communities o After installation completed, hand over the project to Branch Managers/Operations to do services o Submit monthly update report regarding Re-pit projects eg: installations/problems/successes and opportunities

Very good
It is a we'll established company and one is very busy all day long. The company does give room to grow. It is a pleasure to work with my co workers and staff. The one thing that I learnt in this company is the reason why it is important for a company to have a set of rules in a department for the department to follow. The mist challenging thing for me in this job was to meet a target without having a company policy and procedure to follow

Great opportunity
I started with no experience of the industry. I was given the opportunity and took full advantage of it. Changes has been made and therefore i was exposed to a lot of things that will benefit me most definitely in the near future and in other jobs. I didnt only meet new friends, its like i met a new family.
Pros: Flexible. Able to provide and give input to assist with changes in order to manage and grow company.
Cons: No growth or opportunity for promotion. Commision structure reduced rapidly.

Good
Im a driver for the company, im in charge of the admin on the yruck i have to liason with our clients, i have a good relationship with fellow colleagues,. I've grown to love doing what i do as im delivering a service to the people. The job description fits me perfectly because im doing exactly that. The most challenging part of this is the work load is far more than the vtruck im using

Favoritism, Manipulation and Pour management
A typical work day at Sanitech is a stressful unpleasant experiences, its an atmosphere that you want to get away from.Its an atmosphere you don't look forward to on a daily basis, but it pays the rest. A lot of favoritism and manipulation happens within the company. Staff are gossipers and back stabbers and chuck other staff under the bus to get to the top, and never take responsibility when they are wrong. Management comes to work after 11 o clock the mornings, slack and don't inform their colleges or staff when they are not in. Drink on the premises occasionally. Management will choose family related or friends to fill positions instead of staff that actually deserve the positions and works hard. Management is very judgmental and doesn't decided fairly when it comes to certain matters. Managers speak and treat their staff like crap,and talk down to their staff and colleges, not building them up but braking them mentally and emotionally down.

Excellent learning curve
I am a 33 years old African female. I am very passionate about payroll. I am a team player and work very well with my tram. I have over ten years experience in payroll. In my current Company i'I've learn so much and gain a lot of experience in different systems e.g Accpac, Fihrst and Payroll Reconciliation. The reason i want to move is because i think i need new challenges in a new environment. Kind regards
Pros: It was a great opportunity to advance my career and gaining more experience in payroll.
Cons: I was not happy with their bonus structure.

Excellent learning curve
A typical day at work is to start planning my day, researching on which customers to call on and then speak or see 6 to 8 customers. The relationship I have with my coworkers is very awesome as we get along well and always help each other when stuck.

Great company to work for
Hours were good and there were some really great staff. Team work is very important and this was something valuable I learned while working there. Respect and honesty are vital. I have grown in experience and confidence thanks to Sanitech. I loved assisting with functions and lunches. We were always encouraged to learn and try different tasks.

My typical day at work.
I work from 8 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon doing HR administration. I believe a have a strong and positive relationship with everyone and would like to maintain it that way. I have learned alot about cultural differences and beliefs. I love my work and it's what I enjoy the most. The cutlural differences is what I find very challenging.

Cons: No prospects of growth, promotion nor increase.
