No growth opportunities. Mail center drives people like slaves to meet their daily targets. It's not a healthy environment. Too much pressure. Little opportunities for growth and up skilling.

Excellent work environment

The employees here are amazing, they are always willing to help each other. There is never too much drama that it becomes impossible to work. I enjoy the fact that i am left to do my own thing most of the time as long as i follow the methodology of the department is performing my work as well as doing my work according to the required standards and quality.

Pros: great team communication
Cons: few opportunities for promotions

Opportunities for growth

The company that I work for is a good company with different departments where one could fit in, however being a client care Representative is quite a challenge to escalate to other departments. At times it feels like it's impossible to be recognized in other areas of the business.

Pros: Being promoted to other skillset but still within the CCC
Cons: Potential for growth seems impossible for CCC

Excellent learning opportunity

..A typical day at work would be a day of interacting with users on a daily basis , interacting with colleagues as well as establish a relationship with them. I have learnt hoe to control myself in difficult situations. The most challenging part
