Department not too big - build lasting relationships with colleagues. Am an outgoing person and build relationships easily. My most challenging aspect of my job is not being able to assist my client.

No room for growth
No room for growth. You apply for the same position only to keep the same position. The rule is not to advance within a year of being employed. You are not allowed to use your brain

Good learning experience
Work with a strong team.team . Always learning something new.new . Has improved my clinical knowledge. It is currently very busy with less staff, this puts extra pressure on us especially as we are falling behind on processing of applications leading to more queries that further delays the work. It has however improved my communication skills and grown my confidence in terms of working with doctors and allied health services. My understanding of their roles are clearer thus helping me help members.
