Problem solving

Typical day: do quotes and submitting cases Relationship with my coworkers is friendly, but I’m there to work and not make friends. What I’ve learned is always cover your back, keep records of your task. What I enjoyed the most was when a case issues, the most challenging part of my job was struggling to get medical reports from Dr’s or not being able to issue a case

Pros: Achieving my monthly goal
Cons: Not being able to help a client.

Good focus on training and a solid view on attaining performance levels

Good focus on training and learning more about the company. There are many innovations that continuously take place. Staff are involved with making things better as they are closest to the client's and their experiences.

Hyperactive and creative

I'm an outgoing & hyperactive person who thinks tactically about ideas and their implementation, i like challenge & dealing with difficult situations, in my endeavors i alwayz aim high inorder to exceed expectations

Exellent client service

I am an excellent team player but can also work on my own. Very analytical and have excellent client service skills. I have a passion for client service and deliver excellent service and good quality work.

Excellent environment to work in and a great experience

Providing the excellent customer service to my end-users by assisting them with whatever commercial information they need. Received top ratings on quarterly performance reviews done by the line manager.. Ensured timely deliveries and expedited urgent ordered to be delivered sooner than the original delivery date

Pros: great opportunity for career growth.
Cons: salary commission based.

Great experience gained

A different field of work and industry full of new information as it progresses continually. I am expected to get new clients and provide financial advice in order to ensure financial wellness of clients. This requires a holistic financial needs analysis after which I would make recommendations to the client on solutions to consider to meet the needs identified. Once we have agreed on recommendations we implement solutions and thereafter maintain a relationship with the client to ensure the client is protected with any change that may come in future.

Pros: Challenging yet rewarding

Need to grow, diversify and learn about other company cultures.

I answer queries from clients about deductions on their bank accounts. Submit my daily debit orders (bulk - daily) Send unpaid reports to the clients I answer queries from clients about payments to their bank accounts. send out invoices once a month answer queries about amounts settled. follow up on amounts not yet settled after invoices sent

Pros: You get to learn from the Seasoned Staff members. And i can now transcat and do queries in Afrikaans.
Cons: Their policies are not very flexible, and the culture is dated.

Great exposure and learning curve

Making calls and following up with work requirements I've learnt time management, Learning about funds and investments Knowing how to analyze Analysis and client meetings is my favorite part of the job Dealing with different and difficult clients is challenging, a new strategy for a different client or situation I have a good relationship with my colleagues

Excellent learning curve

It is a good company to work for, i have learnt a lot from working for this company, it is great place to start your career, the culture is relaxed and allows for work/life balance giving me an opportunity to ensure that i am involved and in touch with family and loved ones.

Cons: Salary is small
