Excellent working environment

I work in a very warm and energetic environment. Everyone is setting his or her own target, even though we do have our weekly and monthly targets. Working as a team is what I have learnt most, together will customer service. I enjoy seeing the face of my client after helping him or her realize their goals. The challenging aspects of this job is when our clients lose their covers because they did not come to talk to us about their financial problems.

Pros: I see myself leading one of the strongest sales teams in the city one day
Cons: I would work long hours in order to reach my target sometimes.

Learn how to treat customers fairly TCF,and how I can handle difficulties in a work place.

I learned how to work under pressure, and how to Express my fit and proper opinions to the clients.how I plan my daily routine diary so that I can see and know what to do to reach my daily goals and targets.

Pros: I was promoted as an Excutive financial advisor
Cons: We work normal hours unless you have an appointment with a client to do besness after the client knock off work.

Excellent in financial advisor

i first work at client service and move to financial advisor at sanlamsky, i have a good relationship with coworkers, I've learned how to sell a policy, i enjoy the most to talk to clients, the challenge was when i have little for that month.

Knowledge

Good company to work for, learning opportunity, need to be passionate about your job. Understand true meaning of Sales Industry, to understand working with different people in different aspect. To work hard and be committed and dedicated. To respect yourself, client, colleques and Seniors. I have learned that trust is significant in this industry as well as being honest. Being able to handle presentantions and deal with difficult client and to solve disputes. The most challenging aspect is failure and not understanding rejection. I enjoyed working in this company

Pros: A company with lot of opportunity to climb the ladder. though there are negative aspect among the industry.
Cons: Working hours they are long but only if you manage the diary and select places where you can make.a good business

Good learning complex

It is a nice company to work and learn but does not hire their students after the completion of their contract. They need to change their methods of dealing with their learners.

Good numerical and admin skills

I work with clients on a daily basis. I make appointments and meet with clients face to face or on the phone. I advise the client on our products and the best choices to make for their needs.

Pros: Opportunity to study further in the company with a bursary and to apply for better work opportunities
Cons: Unemployment leads to cancellations of policies and it affected my business quality

A very reliable and honest candidate who is always prepared to keep ip the good work all the time.

meeting daily and monthly report required by the Regional office, a very nice working enviroment ( team player is my role), and always attentive to details and target driven, like working without supervision.

Internship

The opportunity at SanlamSky was an internship program in conjunction with CIDA City Campus. The program lasted six months and it's primary goal was to give fresh graduates an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the work environment
