Excellent Employee

typical work day is where I meet with potential house buyers. I then view the houses and involve the valuators to provide the selling price. Then I take the photos of the property on sale and upload them on line to be advertised. I take the interested buyers to view the property, and then when I close the deal, I facilitate bond application process till the property gets sold. I am a professional team player and I treat my co-worker with respect. I have learned to be a good sales person and to motivate a sale till I close the deal. I enjoy working with people and assist people to reach their potential and dreams. The challenging aspect about my job is being the bearer of bad news when the potential's buyers application for bond has been rejected.

Learning

I am hard worker willing to learn a new things everyday, fast learner, i want to improve my skills in accounting department and to put the company at higher level. One day i want to see my self as 1 of executive in the company
