Great learning experience

Working in a fast pace sales environment firstly requires a lot of passion, enthusiasm and a desire to succeed. I always make sure that I am at work at least 15 min prior too the shift starting to prepare myself for the day. I've always work with people and along side them and the greatest thing about working with my colleagues is that we can motivate each other. I learned that you don't always need someone to tell you everyday what to do, but rather lead by example. I enjoy working with people and being able to bring value to their life, business or personal. I enjoy helping people and sometime forget that I cant help everyone.

Excellent personal development

I managed to gain emotional intelligence and learned a lot about my strengths and weaknesses. It was definitely a huge stepping stone in my career. I was faced with challenges daily which I managed to overcome with success.
