Great exposure into the corporate world

My typical day at work is conducting analysis of operational incidents and recording them. I am also involved in risk reporting and monitoring and provide inputs and support in these areas. I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers, I find it makes my job easier when I have peers who I good relationships with who can offer me guidance and support. I have learned to be a team-player. Working for a large organization taught me that no body is an island, and I need others in order to be as productive as I possibly can. I enjoy writing research pieces, every quarter I am tasked to write research reports on emerging risks and I really enjoy that process. There definitely is pressure to perform even with extremely tight deadlines but this builds resilience

My Company is a good employer

Each day is a challenge because you learn something new and I like that. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. I would say I learned to carefully chose my words and watch my tone when dealing with customers. The most challenging aspect in my job would be management expectations from staff member.

Good salary

Share queries, diary management, loading documents on Diligent, dealing with exco and directors, CIPC company queries, meeting logistics, taking messages, liaise with marketing to update organograms.

have learned a lot but I think I need to move on as there is no prospect for growing further where I am currently and I am blocked to move to other departments

Excellent learning curve

I work in a friendly environment where I interact daily with colleques and clients. There's excellent teamwork with minimum conflicts. The most challenging aspects about my job is the difficult clients as they sometimes want us to provide impossible/impractical servise for them.
