Experience of a lifetime

Although we work long hours and during weekends and night shift at times,but i really enjoy my current job. I have learned a lot of operational and customer services do and don'ts . I can proudly say i am the best at what i do everyday. What i enjoy most is being able to help someone in need by just picking up the phone,because i do understand how frustrating it can be at times when one cannot get the relevant information,but i must say that it is also a bit disappointing to me when i am unable to help (in this this case maybe to locate the lost item/parcel). i have a very good relationship in which we help each other where necessary with my colleagues.

Pros: great opportunity for continuous learning
Cons: working night shift on weekends
