Good foundation and experience

Its a good working environment. I work with combination of youngstars and experienced elders. I work in the main Mechanical workshop where we overhaul all the rotary equipment for the whole mill. We are exposed to numerous types of pumps, gearboxes, feeders, compressors since our mill has different typrs of sections/plants.

Pros: Great oportunity to grow
Cons: Load of work piling up

Good foundation and experience

We do straight shift 7h00 -16h30 and there is weekly rotating standby roster. In the the main Mechanical workshop we do overhauling of all rotating equipment for the whole mill. I am exposed to trim ballancing, arc welding, Quality controll, turning, condition monitoring, laser allignment. I sometimes act as foreman because of my good leardership skills. We help each other as a team with a good relationship.

Pros: Great oportunity to grow
Cons: Continuous breakdowns since everything comes to main workshop
