*I like working in company as it is more based on customer service, I work at the directorate of FOREIGN QUALIFICATIONS AND ADVISORY SERVICES. *It taught me a alot on top on my experience. So now is the time for me to spread my wings explore to other things i life. Saqa is more based on evaluation and verification of qualification, both local and foreign. *We have very close relationship as employees, many of us were still young and it became easy to adjust and get close to each other. not that you , mid life chrisis age. *I work from 8-430 monday to fridays, We dont open on weekends and holidays * The most challenging part is to deal with international highly qualified clients. the want to be treated special as they are highly educated. but anyways ''THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT'' * and another challenge is salary, the salary does not meet my basic needs anymore.

I love working for SAQA because it assist the society in different aspects with regards tp NQF
My job is exciting. I evaluate and register qualifications from institutions of higher learning. I receive these qualifications from the quality councils, i.e. CHE, QCTO and Umalusi. I relate well with my colleagues, I share an office with a gentlemen and that doesn't give me a problem. I work in an environment were team work is the order the day, we strive to meet the directorate's goals. I've learnt how institution of higher learning operates, how SAQA contributes to the society. I attend to queries to assist client in the NQF family. When I cant find an old qualification which is not registered on the NQF and I'm unable to assist the client.
Pros: Deputy Directorship
Cons: I work normal office hours. Sometimes I have challenges when institutions resort to media if their problems are not solved.

Decent starting opportunity.
A great office to start a professional career. Great people to work with. Excellent culture. Social environment. However past a certain point the opportunities for advancement wane and innovative thoughts aren't encouraged despite being told that they are.

Excellent customer satisfaction
I am responsible for the management of the application receipt centre. I ensure that the centre is fully staffed so that customers can be attended to with no delay. Information is readily available and systems are fully function to support human factor. i attend to escalated queries to resolve them to the clients satisfactio

1. I enjoy everything but not my salary 2. have a good relationship with my coworkers 3. Willing to grow but i dont see that happening now 4. Willing to see greener pasteurs
