Looking for growth, been stagnat for a while.
Responsibilities: Managing team members of the Electronics section. Ensuring maintenance contracts are adhered to and ensuring that systems maintained by subcontractors are serviced timeously. General Management duties. Do repairs on electronics equipment in the Bank as well as the bank’s residences. Do standby work. Managing the building management systems in the building and residences. To arrange stock to be ordered, follow up on repairs. Liaising with suppliers, Supervising and managing contractors and Managing projects. Some of the duties includes facilitation, Planning and organizing ,Attention to detail, Drive results, Influence, Building relationships, Negotiating, Analyzing and problem solving, Judgmental and decision-making, manage complexity. Promoting team work and conceptual thinking

Project administration skills
my day starts early at the gym, which is a great facility provided by the company, then off to start my daily activities from 7 am. in a project administration space its always hectic, but with the right individuals to support and guide, it always seems seamless. I have a great working relationship with my colleagues within my department and outside the department. it is important to build a good relationship within the company in order to assist to untangle "bottle-necks" that one may encounter in a working day. Working for my organization has been fulfilling, I have obtained a Degree and just finished writing exams for my Postgrad studies, the past five years has been a fruitful journey with lots of challenges and learnings. The most challenging aspects are dealing with difficult individuals who tend to personalize matters as opposed to doing what is required of them, navigating through such can be taxing.

I enjoy working with people, loving person and patient
Pi work very well under pressure because i prepare for it before it comes. I enjoy working with other people as a team work because as a group we think differently a to benefit the project.
Pros: Ability to learn fast
Cons: I can't say no when someone asks for help.i can be too committed to my work and don't spend enough time with other social activities.

Productive, smart worker and efficient.
A typical workday involves attending to calls to business to either follow up on or address requests or discuss technical aspects of a project. I rate collaboration. I've polished up my knowledge in the IT industry, from security, infrastructure, software, and networking support. I enjoy exploring better ways of working rather than sticking to what's worked over the years.
Pros: Performance based bonus.
Cons: Very little work-life balance

I had extensive involvement with the PMO Governance.
Daily challenges being experienced resolving small issues / streamlining processes. The integration of the different systems is a huge challenge as well. I have learnt that communication is of the utmost importance to all be on the same page at all times. We are a great team complimenting each other and aiming at meeting the deadlines.
Pros: I am on contract therefore do not have any chances for promotions/bonuses etc.
Cons: The challenge of getting all together in meeting rooms / resource constraints.
