Exellent lurning curve

My typical working day starts with a toolbox talk. Then I do a site walk to identify all work hazards and risks to conduct the days planned task assessment brfore all teams starts to work and dedcusse the tasks, hazards and rusks involved in there tasks. I have a open relationship with all our workers and assisst where I can. I have learned allot about construction and machinery hazards and risks involved and hiw to put prevantative measures in place to minimize the risk ratings. I love working with people on n daily bassis. The most challenging ascpect of my work place is to prevent injurys and assidents in the work place because any thing can go wrong.

Pros: Want to learn more in other work area's.
Cons: Long working hours.

To ensurevthat thecwork area are safe and that all hazards and risks are identified and corrective measures put in place to minimize injurys. To descusse all the hazards and risks with the employees so that they know where the tiska lie before starting with there daily work.

Good learning curve

- work hard from 7 to 5 - do site inspections anywhere in South Africa and Africa - Do work on site as a supervisor for jacking and skidding and transport. - Also supervisor for normal crane activities. - Studied mechanical engineering diploma level 3 - Have 9-10yr. experience in AutoCad and Inventor - I am in this Crane industry for 9yr. - Like to produce complicated engineering drawings

Pros: Great opportunity to go work overseas
Cons: South African Branch not doing really good

I am looking for a new challenge

I am currently looking for new challenge, I am the regional manager for QEHS in South Africa. I can work under extreme pressure, making sure that I get done that needs to be done. I really enjoy my work caring about employees as well as the company welfare is a really important thing.

Pros: Being a global company and traveling for the company
Cons: I do not mind working long hours
