Excellent company to work for

I am appointed as Manager: Systems instruction (training) and responsible for Supply Chain Functional/transactional training. As a team we also ensure that SC personnel adhere and attend SHE related training as well as Compliance training as required by Legislation. The team also facilitates training interventions and from our Works Instructions, develops training material not just face-2-face but also e- learning using an authoring tool called Storyline 3. All our material, results, scheduled offerings etc are loaded onto SharePoint as well as T@W, which is our Learning Management System.

Pros: Great Learning opportunity also for myself and others
Cons: NOTHING!!!!!!

SAP and Outlook experience everyday. Handling quiries and problem solving skills is a must in my job

I have learned to be professional and my mind is always set for problem solving as I handle queries from people at different levels and work well with my colleagues as we are each levels and we are brothers keepers with colleagues

Pros: No promotion but you must be qualified and go for an interview to be appointed.
Cons: It is normal as I work 40 hours a week and sometimes do overtimes and standby
