Willing to learn more

I have matric,chemical operations certificates and supervisory management certificate from college. I have five years of experience from different companies and different trades. I am a very Harding working, committed and loyal person who is willing to deliver.

Pros: I will study further for the benefit of the company and use my experience to enhance the company.

Excellent learning curve

A good working environment, with good working hours. Daily work includes attending different meetings, plant work and working on monthly reports. What I enjoyed most was working with different departments and meeting new people who contribute a lot to my communication skills and a lot information and knowledge.

Skills

Working at this company comes with a lot of responsibility and dedication. At some point we wrk more than 13 hours attending brake downs. We are very flexible because we dont only work in our equipment we sometimes assist where there is a need.

Wo Safety is priority at all times. Working in the company made me realize of self-esteem and integrity at all times. Working in a team was always a best idea cause we intend to strive for 1 goal for achievement.

Personal and Professional Development

Working for Sasol unlocked my potential to extend that I could not believe, building relationships with colleagues from various departments, extensive technical exposure, people management, project management, maintenance techniques and strategy development. Real definition of professionalism and also the way of conducting oneself in the corporate environment. The environment I am working in opened my eyes relating to the extensive scope within which a mechanical professional can work and also opportunity existing out there. Importance of ensuring equipment availability and asset management principles. Various maintenance management systems, budget (CapEx and OpEx).
