Receptionist, Admin, PA, Secritariant and BDO Assistant
Start working at 8am till 16h30pm. Operate the switchboard, welcomes visitors, prepare tea/coffee for the Centre manager, assist and update on meetings or schedule meetings. Take minutes and distribute. Update 120 clients files. Contact clients for workshops or trainings. Assist the Project manager with recruitments and interventions.
