My First Learning Curve in my Career
A typical day at work consists of designing adverts, liaising with newspapers, working closely with buyers, coordinating events. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. Many of them confide in me and know that it is confidential. I try to motivate them to complete work on time. We are there for each other through the tough times, in terms of acknowledging faults and not blaming errors on each other. I have learned alot from my current job. I have learned how to work with others, how to keep emotions under control when dealing with difficult customers. in addition i have learned how to lead and motivate a team. I have enjoyed working with my co-workers. the most challenging aspect was working with deadlines. this is when i realized what pressure was. however therefore inventive strategies, i have managed to lower the pressure, prefect the work and meet deadlines.
Pros: There is not alot of growth that happens within the company
Cons: long working hours when deadlines need to be met
