The company is currently growing and many others are being employed I also see they have introduced an e-learning program for others to accumulate retail experience and certificate, yes we do work 7 days a week and some stores work 6 days and I see the will still be more growth it does become hectic and very busy during festive season and also long hours as also the targets are very high that time but we strive to win at the end of the day

Pros: Not bad at promotion
Cons: 8 hours a week 5 hours weekends

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

Major part of my work is Planning,Organizing,leading and comtrolling.Make sure staff ia trained for Day to Day effectiveness.Check Admin Daily,comprised of Finance books,Registers,System updates,Actioning of memos
