Being part of the Savino team was a learning curve in so many ways they believe in you

OVERALL SAVINO DEL BENE IS A GOOD COMPANY HOWEVER IN MY LINE OF DUTY HERE IS NO GROWTH I HAVE GAINED SO MUCH INSIGHT ON MY DAILY DUTIES AND ALSO CURRENTLY STUDYING FREIGHT HANDLING WHICH WILL BE A HUGE PERK IN THE FUTURE

Pros: The job is flexible, the employees at Savino is like a family.
Cons: at times its very strenuous but i go through the motion.

This is a driven company and success orientated.

Savino Del Bene is a very large company but everyone came together well as a family. All co-workers worked together beautifully and got along really well. The Directors of the company held regular company meetings sharing their experience and facts with the employees, also discussing what our wins and losses were. I am proud to say that I had the privilege to work with Savino Del Bene. Every day was busy and there was never a dull moment. To work here you need to thrive under pressure.

Previous i was working as Filling-Currently i,m working as export bond clerk.

Previous I working as filling clerk, my duties was retrieving, sorting capturing all the information of the company. Maintaining an arranged filing room, assist in training of other clerical staff in scanning key document. Scanning and indexing activities. Currently-I am doing Bond CRS Processing, batching documents, doing Spread sheet (excel invoices) updating and send for filling.

Pros: Make sure that i pride myself with my work and that will give a opportunity to grow and improve in my career
Cons: i will easily be able to engage and interate with my clients and colleagues in a better level of understanding

My Journey

- A typical Work day is very pressurized and fast paced. -We have a good team spirit among our co-workers -i have learnt how to deal with day to day stresses withing the office, i have also learnt that whatever you set your mind to you can achieve if you work hard and focus on what you want to achieve overall. -i enjoy the challenge every day brings, you never know what might come next so you handle it to the best of your ability. -its a fast pace environment, attention to details is key, the work load is challenging but you must try to jungle your day to day work

Exellent learning curve

A typical day a work would be solving problems, generating invoices, assist co workers, learning new things constantly. What I enjoy the most is that although the basics are the same we get different situations everyday. Most challenging thing is to get unity from the controlelrs in handing over their files for invoicing.

Pros: Work the way you want to. No looking over your shoulder.
Cons: Work the way you want to. You need real dicsipline.
