Excellent learning curve

Expertise in IT project management, agile, IT program management, financial management, I've been involve in SAP project delivery for past 10 years. I have a Strong skill set on strategic analysis and understanding. Many years of consulting in various consulting firms. I consider myself exceptionally proficient in leading teams to success. My belief is in progressive teamwork and I thrive on delivering results through and with people. My leadership principles are based on regular staff engagement, recognition and motivation; however I firmly believe in honesty and integrity. Non –negotiable – poor performance. I was recognised as one of the Top Managers of Standard Bank and awarded an international trip (all expenses paid) to Portugal and France - Paris for myself & my partner, May 2015.

Excellent learning curve, Challenging opportunities

Typical work day - project meetings technical meetings daily standups Relationship with co-workers - good and trusting relationship more like friends What you have learnt - Technical experience, leadership skills What you enjoy most - working in a challenging environment , new learnings Most challenging aspects of the job - implementing projects with shared resources working on projects and doing production support

Excellent place to work.

My experience was excellent. I worked with both Private Banking clients who were at the top of their game and as well as low income clients just starting out in life. This required that I apply a different approach when assessing the different income groups. I dealt with all kinds of products in the Personal Lending space.

Pros: I dealt with multiple products and different sectors of client types. This gave me vast experience with different income groups.
Cons: Very long hours at times.

Awesome company to work for

Sbsa is a great company to Work for ito opportunity. There is always something new to learn and the amount that is spent in developing staff is mind blowing. In general staff are friendly. Like with all companies there is an element of politics.

Flexibility to adopt or provide for Fintech disruption

Great company to work for many legacy systems prohibit flexibility and agility. Senior technical resources are withholding critical information required to move forward.
