I work in partnership with all areas of the Organization to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable key clients to effectively deliver their people plans. My role is to provide a consulting service that delivers HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR function

My workplace offers me an opportunity to showcase my talent in both managing and leading the maintenance team, while interacting with different departments eg. Quality, production, she, projects, etc Key daily focus includes but not limited to the following, ensuring quality workmanship, contract management, legal compliance of all maintenance activities, analysing and reporting, planning and organising, etc
