I have done a Business Administration NQFlevel3. I also worked at Scaw Metals Group where I assisted with Admin stuff, Data capturing, answering outbound calls, Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, Do follow up on trained candidates with their foreman’s, Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment , Issuing of Licences and Certificates for lifting training that the company offers to internal employees. Collecting documents and registering trained employees with Merseta, Data capturing (Spread sheets). Organise transport for training officers. Organise transport for training officers. Organise food for people attending trainings. Attend weekly meetings. Minutes taking. Support staff in assigned projects based work. Support staff in assigned projects based work.

Pros: it was a good opportunity for me to work in this company they teach me alot that i didnt know,now i know how to use the computer how to handle calls from out side the company.
Cons: overtime

Listen when people talk, people on the floor they are not stupid their know their roles as i do.

Would like to work in a good and healthy environment, where we work together with the same vision of the company and to ensure safety to every colleague in workplace. as items of relationship with colleague, i like a relationship where we value one another and take each other as family,treat with respect. The thing that i learn is that if communication is proper and clear,the results will be remarkable and to work as a team is most important. I enjoy socializing with people cause you understand when their are struggling with problems at work.the most challenging is when an customer promised to deliver in time and you will find that the plant its waiting for that product to make an output so i must be up an down to ensure the raw material its in plant.

Its was a good an the job training

Durring my four year apprenticiship training i've learn alot in scaw metal from basic hard wiring panel to basic programeble logic control system and the artisan were I very helpfully durring my learning period up until i become qualified.Now im willing to start a new chapter as a newly qualified electrician n live up to my expectation to be one of the best artisan in south africa

I would like to express my interest in applying for the position advertised.

I have the ability to multi task and I am well groomed, self motivated and I also have a very good verbal and written communication and I have the ability to work with different people with different personalities. A typical work day is month end time when every work done during the month need to be archived for that specific month such as reconciliation. .

Pros: I have learnet how to work with different people with different personalities.
Cons: Reconciliation and working on spread seheet.

Excellent worker

i have knowledge in SAP, my skills in micro soft have improved to the expect level. i have good and strong team work and leadership ethics. the relationship with my colleagues and manager is always professional. i enjoy doing challenging task and socializing with people.

Pros: submissive to the task i do and submit it in time

Good company to work in,and working in a safe condition.Zero harm/injury per anum.

I was working as welder,sometimes I even do boilermakers jobs without complain.By so doing other jobs helped me to gain lot of experience.I even help the fitters if there is nothing to do. I was enjoying working with different people and different race,we were working like brothers and sisters. The other thing I'm going to miss is,zero harm/injury.We were practising safety always and help each other to avoid injury.

Pros: Gaining lot of experience,getting promotion,if you are permanent
Cons: We even work over time to finish the job.I was enjoying to be at work every day.The other thing,they didn't want late comer.

Excellent learning curve

Here in Scaw Metal Group we have good relationship with my team like we work together as equal, we listen to other stuff members suggestion in Oder to build our company. I've learnt more in Scaw Metal: presentation, communication skills, Time management, confidence, to use pc's respond of emails, Answering Telephone from different people with different languages. What I've enjoyed most is training that they are giving to us, working hours, They treatment that they give us is very acceptable. The most Challenge -When I want to submits the certificate to other braches, it always a giving me a serious problem to find a transport as soon as possible I have to wait for long.

Cons: They dont give more time for exprience

Excellent training opportunity

Worked as NDT for magnetic testing and liquid penetrate testing , testing metals, giving reports to manager, quality management,hardness testing Safety clothes, electricity,all NDT equipment

Pros: Technician training
Cons: 8 hours per day
