Expect new things everyday
Engaging work environment that requires prompt and precise problem solving attributes. Goal driven team that applies strict compliance rules. Though a lot can still be improved as far as corporate culture is concerned.

Im currently a HR generalist in all the aspects of HR Training & Development Interviews & IR Payroll, Capturing of leave etc Also part of my duties is handling the company cellphones, petrol cards and fleet updates by ordering card, licences etc. Im the skills development facilitator for the company. Handling BBBEE and EE. Submitting of WSP & ATR

Great working atmosphere
Excellent company to work for whereby they have numerous opportunities for growth and development. Has a family culture amongst workers. Information is readily available when you need it.

I am extremely overqualified for my position. The position that was "sold" to me turned out to be something totally different to the actual process. I was told I would take part in modernization project and this would enable me to get design experience in the lift industry. But in actuality all I do I watered down draughtsman work. There is also very little possibilities for promotions because within my time here a clear pattern of nepotism has come to the surface. Internal HR interviews are only conducted to meet legal requirements and then a "friend" of a manager is appointed. Even my direct boss only has the position because his friend is the technical director. Most of the people below him are higher qualified and have more experience in the industry, but apparently the wrong friends.

Great people
At the moment stressful because of retrenchment Great group of people. Focus on in house training which is relevant to all aspects of the company. Safety is first priority and the people of the company and the subcontractors and their employees get training on a regular basis.
