IT WAS A GOOD CHALLENGING JOB

WORKING AT A BIG FARM IS SO INTERESTING BECAUSE WE FACE CHALLENGES'WE MEET NEW PEOPLE EVERYDAY BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT IT WAS ONLY FOR 5 MONTHS UNTIL WE WAIT AGAIN NEXT YEAR IN NEW SEASON.I HAVE LEARNT HOW TO USE QX SYSTEM'HOW TO HANDLE PRESSURE AND WORKLOAD.THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS WAS WORKING SHIFTS AND OVERTIME BECAUSE IT WAS VERY TIRING JOB.

Pros: I WAS A CLERK THERE
Cons: WE USED TO START AT 7-7 IN THE MORNING MONDAY TO THURSDAY AND ON FRIDAY IT WAS 7-5 O'CLOCK

Interesting and a good working environment

It is really interesting to work at this company bt the problem is that we are working very long hours with less overtime rating per hour. The manager's are oppressing employees, they don't communicate with them about anything , instead of asking or proposing some of the matters to the employees they order them and they don't wna hear anything from them.

Pros: Great working experience
Cons: Long working hours with les rating per hour
