Working no presure

im a job monitor at scjohnson we make sure that i fill a risk assessment before the contractor start to work and we give induction to the new employer and we make sure all employer they work safely and they have rt ppe and we work as a team

Pros: working very hard and under presure and working long hrs if we dont finish the job

Yes

My everyday work now is manufacturing bulks, operating forklift and lifting heavy raw materials when i pre- weigh them. My colleagues they have a good team work as well. I had learnt about how to operate poduction lines machines, doing everyday housekeeping,in house-training, about safety(SHE). I had required certificate of Autonomous Packaging Operations nqf 3. I enjoy everything about my even working overtimes and working without supervision. My challenging is when my colleague is absent i had to work more faster than when is present.

Pros: Yes cos they have so many training courses in house
Cons: 40 hours weekly
