Excellent and quick to adjust and learn

Follow-ups, receive and maintain stock as Head office provide. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly outstanding purchased orders reports as well as ad-hoc reports on request. Monthly stock counts and providing accurate report. Obtain and provide feedback to Management on movement to stock related to Network Engineers statistics. Expedite orders placed, taken appropriate action and finalize result telephonic or E-mail then finally handing over towards Network engineers. Obtain relevant authorizing signatures and proper communication. Filing of purchase orders, BOMs, credit notes, cancelled requisitions, product change notification and product nonconformance. Month to month standby for any call-outs 24/7.

Pros: Great promotion and perfect company to settle and grow in knowledge particularly in stock warehousing Inventory to fore see circumstances in business.
Cons: Long working hours and learning either to expand to bring more ideas in handling Inventory and business associates. Engage on business structure for more possibility to expand business in needs-be.

I am learning a lot of new things.

We start work at 7:30 then i start with the Cashbooks. After that I usually log onto Netcash to see if there is any unpaid debit orders if there is invoice them for the unpaid debit order and contact them to let them know that their debit order was unpaid. I follow up with customers on outstanding payments. Load the customers for the next debit order run. I have Learnt to do the cashbooks, work on netcash (debit orders) and working on pastel. I like doing computer work. I have a good relationship with all my co-worker. The most challenging aspect for me is phoning the customers with regards to outstanding payments.

Pros: I am learning a lot of new things
Cons: I don't like doing the debt collection
