Company culture is very laid back with little to no regard to procedure or policy. I have learned a lot from being here, about myself and how a company should be managed This will help me in future when I want to start up my own organization. Management is very approachable and open to listening however have a tendency to look out for their best interests and not the employees. A positive point is that with it being very flexible if you have a personal crisis they give you leeway

The company has taught me a lot about international client relations as well as good sales values.

A typical day will include contacting current and potential clients either as a courtesy or to follow up on potential orders. It is also my duty to plan and implement international trips to neighboring countries to meet with current/potential clients. I have learned a lot about client relations and the industry I am involved in. I have also learned a lot about using visual marketing aid to promote a brand or event to the public.

Excellent learning Curve

My co workers are great i get along with them well Management skills are lacking No room for growth at all No challenges at all I have learnt how to manage and motivate a team by seeing what not to do by watching the manager
