Good learning curve

Iam a team player.i service and repair the earthmoving machines.it has been an excellent learning curve.i work from 7am to 16:30pm.i enjoy my job.the most challenging part of my job is to work in the rain sometimes.

Good listener and team builder

Treating everyone with respect and dignity. Being honest to all dealings by sticking to the truth even if It means losing my job. Passionate about providing knowledge to my team so that they are all equipped with relevant skills that are required to fulfil their tasks. Protect employees and maintain business ethics to ensure the company image is not negatively affected

Pros: Studying at Unisa to enhance my quality knowledge
Cons: Complete any given task for the day without leaving the job incomplete due to knocking off time.

Am a good friend hard working girl, willing to relocate

Scribante it a big company with good management team It taught me a lot on safety, since I was coming from ambulance sector, i didn't know anything about safety since I was working as a ambulance assistance, they groom me n here I am today I have been exposed in various projects in civil as building truck staging for Transnet, building roads for Richards bay minerals and now we are busy with access road for Zulti south mining

Great experience

Great experience and relationships with co workers and Client (Sibanye Stillwater). Reporting daily to top management on previous days targets achieved etc
